Eurotech / Raynor Chairs

We guarantee to stay ahead of your needs by having access to an inventory of over 60,000 chairs. We have your chairs shipped within 24 hours providing:

Customer is cleared for credit approval.
Order is received between 8am - 1pm CST (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.
Chair being ordered is in stock at that time.

All Eurotech / Raynor chairs ship from warehouses in California and Maryland via UPS Ground. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

RightAngle Ergonomic Products and R-Style Desks

RightAngle has standard quick ship lead time of 24 - 72 hours on all orders of 50 systems or less on products. Orders of 51 or more systems, require standard 2-3 week lead time. Custom product orders are not included in the quick ship program.

RStyle and NewHeights furniture has a standard quick ship lead-time of 1-3 days on all orders of 25 systems or less. Orders of 26 or more systems will require a 3-4 week lead time. Custom or special order products are not included in the quick ship program.

All RightAngle ergonomic products will be shipped in the most direct and economical manner. Please note that items too large to ship ground will be shipped via Freight. If you require a liftgate for your order please contact info@beyondtheofficedoor.com.

Office Star Shipping Policies

All Office Star chairs that are considered "shelved Inventory" are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. All custom Office Star orders including COM fabrics, are shipped within 7-10 business days. Please allow up to 5 business thereafter to receive your item, shipping time depends on your location. All Office Star orders are shipped from the California warehouse Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST via UPS Ground.

b. Order changes and cancellations

Due to expedited shipping schedules, Office Star Products must limit customer changes and cancellations. A restocking fee charge of 20% will be invoiced for any product cancelled or changed after production has begun. Custom orders normally begin within 2-3 Days of receiving the order confirmation.

*TITLE OF GOODS* passes to purchaser and our responsibility ceases when shipment is accepted for transportation by any carrier from our factory. If shipment is received damaged, note damage on carrier freight bill at time of acceptance and file claim for appropriate damages from the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to the transportation company within 15 days from the date of delivery. All damaged merchandise claims must be filed directly with the delivering carrier.

Claridge Policies

For over 60 years Claridge has been the leader in quality, craftsmanship and customer service. Our Total Fulfillment Solution provides three ways to better serve our customers: 1) fast, reliable shipments - Claridge's Quick Ship program is supported by two manufacturing facilities plus five distribution centers strategically located across the country to ensure stocked items are shipped within 24 to 72 hours. 2) Guaranteed Shipping - Orders for custom and made-to-order products are acknowledged in 72 hours and the ship date is guaranteed! 3) CPR - When time is of the essence, you choose whether your order ships in one week or two, just let us know. We want to be your #1 source for visual display products.

a. Claridge Guaranteed Shipping

Commercial Division orders for custom or made-to-order product are acknowledged within 72 hours of receipt of order; subject to credit approval. Once acknowledged, the standard lead time shipping date shown on the acknowledgment is GUARANTEED. If the order does not ship as scheduled, Claridge pays a 10% penalty for every day the order ships late.

b. Claridge Priority Response (CPR)

Claridge offers two levels of CPR: (1) Express Shipping - a guarantee that the order will ship within two weeks once Buyer agrees to CPR terms; and (2) Urgent Shipping - a guarantee that the order will ship within one week once CPR terms are accepted. If Buyer's order is shipped late, Claridge pays a 10% penalty for every day the order ships late - up to total cost of the material.

c. Cancellation

All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except by consent from Claridge. Claridge reserves the right to assess a Cancellation Fee of no more than 25% or as negotiated, for any order cancelled by the Buyer.

d. Freight Policy

Every effort will be made to ship in accordance with customer requested freight carriers. Claridge is not responsible for damage in shipment when product is shipped on a third party or collect basis. When product is shipped on a prepaid basis, Claridge responsibility ends when the carrier issues receipt indicating that merchandise has been received in good condition. In the even of freight damage, note damage on the freight bill and notify the carrier at once for inspection. Not that carrier require reports of damage within 15 days. Failure to report damage or loss is the consignee's responsibility.

e. Ship Dates + Delays

If Claridge cannot ship products as scheduled due to causes beyond their reasonable control (force majeure), the ship date will be extended to compensate for the delay as determined by Claridge.
