Description

Introducing the NewHeights Gas-Spring lift tables offering up to 60 lbs of lifting capacity. A perfect alternative to our electric and crank height adjustable workstations. All gas-spring systems have a range of 16" from 29 1/8" to 45" (with 1 1/8" worksurface). Casters are included with gas lift tables shown but are available without on the NHGW series.

• It is important to note that most budget adjustable height desks do not have the ANSI/BIFMA certification and/or UL rating. These value type products would not stand up to the rigorous testing required to pass certification.

Warranty Information

NewHeights™ products are warranted to be free of defects due to manufacturing or material as follows: 2 years on gears and/or motors, including control box and switch; 5 years on support brackets, aluminum columns and feet. K&A Mfg. will replace any defective part after inspection by an authorized agent. Costs incurred due to product relplacement such as installation, labor charges or transportation are not covered under this warranty.

Delivery

All NewHeights™ products will be shipped in the most economical manner. Please note that we use FedEx Ground and LTL freight for adjustable height desks 60" and under. For all tables 72" and larger only LTL freight will be used.

Shipping Information

Shipping Instructions

This item includes free shipping in the contiguous United States. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders for large items or multiple item orders will ship via freight carriers such as Roadway, Road Runner, and FedEx Freight.

Freight Delivery Instructions

When the items are delivered it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all cartons and items to make sure that there is no visible damage or missing packages. If there is damage or missing packages, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If this is not noted on the bill of lading the cost to replace damaged items will be the customers responsiblity. Make sure to retain a copy for your records as well. Please contact us immediately at 866-733-0698 so that we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.

Shipping Glossary

• Loading dock - This service is available to companies that have a loading dock at their facility. This service is free!
• Curbside - The items will be brought to the closest curb and the customer will be responsible for unloading the items from the back of the freight truck. This service is free!
• Lift gate - The driver will unload the items from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing them into the location.
• Residential freight - This service is available to residential (home) deliveries. The items will be delivered by a freight truck. The items will be brought down from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing the items into the residence.
• Inside delivery - Will only be dropped off inside the threshold of the front door.
