Space and Proline II chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows: lifetime on component parts including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters, 3 years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration, leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use. All warranties are limited to the purchaser for the normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. The OS-7102, OS-7105 and OS-7200 are for persons weighing 400 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a 5 year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. All Proline II and Space chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.
This item includes free shipping in the contiguous United States. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders for large items or multiple item orders will ship via freight carriers such as Roadway, Road Runner, and FedEx Freight.
Freight Delivery Instructions
When the items are delivered it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all cartons and items to make sure that there is no visible damage or missing packages. If there is damage or missing packages, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If this is not noted on the bill of lading the cost to replace damaged items will be the customers responsiblity. Make sure to retain a copy for your records as well. Please contact us immediately at 866-733-0698 so that we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.
Shipping Glossary
Loading dock - This service is available to companies that have a loading dock at their facility. This service is free!
Curbside - The items will be brought to the closest curb and the customer will be responsible for unloading the items from the back of the freight truck. This service is free!
Lift gate - The driver will unload the items from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing them into the location.
Residential freight - This service is available to residential (home) deliveries. The items will be delivered by a freight truck. The items will be brought down from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing the items into the residence.
Inside delivery - Will only be dropped off inside the threshold of the front door.
