Combine the soft, form fitting, breathable mesh with an executive level leather seat and you have yourself one of the most comfortable ergonomic task chairs available. **If you are under 5'2" or over 6'5" tall we recommend the Ergohuman LEM6ERGLO w/o the adjustable headrest. Unfortunately the headrest on the LEM4ERG chair does not seem to go down or up high enough to fit those users properly**

Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for five years. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components. Customer's own material is NOT warranted. Warranty is limited to a forty hour work week, 250lb. weight limit. The warranty is limited to replacement of repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Eurotech shall NOT be liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.

This item includes free shipping in the contiguous United States. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders for large items or multiple item orders will ship via freight carriers such as Roadway, Road Runner, and FedEx Freight.
Freight Delivery Instructions
When the items are delivered it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all cartons and items to make sure that there is no visible damage or missing packages. If there is damage or missing packages, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If this is not noted on the bill of lading the cost to replace damaged items will be the customers responsiblity. Make sure to retain a copy for your records as well. Curbside - The items will be brought to the closest curb and the customer will be responsible for unloading the items from the back of the freight truck. This service is free!
Lift gate - The driver will unload the items from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing them into the location.
Residential freight - This service is available to residential (home) deliveries. The items will be delivered by a freight truck. The items will be brought down from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing the items into the residence.
Inside delivery - Will only be dropped off inside the threshold of the front door.
